Delete it first from paired devices, then pair again.

I have already tried that, but it does not work. The phone finds the PLT 5200 series, but it cannot pair with it.

Delete EVERYTHING bluetooth both on your phone AND also on your PLT (reset it if you have to). Then reboot both devices and start fresh.

For your BB10 device go to bluetooth and turn it on if it isn't already. From the devices list, long-press each discovered device and delete. Delete everything and reinstall one at a time when you need to. For your PLT 5200 series, you may have to look at the instruction manual to find out how to reset to factory.

p.s. don't forget to reboot your devices before trying to connect---and also you may want to disable bluetooth before a reboot on your BB10 device. Turn on bluetooth and make it discoverable just before trying a re-pair.

I have found how to reset my PLT 5200 series and have done it (press for 5" the mute and talk buttons simultaneously).
I deleted everything from the bluetooth list.
I switched on the PLT and the phone found it immidiatelly. But still does not connect.
Should I activate the "rSAP" option in the configure menu of bluetooth?

Activating that won't make any difference. Hmmn, I can't think of any other thing you can do except for using an autoloader. Sometimes the OTA update will screw things up, in which case an autoloader is the only way out. 10.3.3.3057 is now available. A clean install should work unless there is something wrong with your PLT. Have you paired it successfully with another device lately?

Good morning from Greece. I will try to pair it with my wife's Note4 and I will let you know. I don't mind to load the software via an autoloader, but I will have to make a backup first.

Well, I have a Passport and a spare Z10. I WAS on 10.3.3.2163 (.1435 SR) for quite some time and all was good. No problems whatsoever on either device. I am always an early adopter, went from .2163 to .2205 right away and am now on .3057 (newest). All have been fine. Signals good, wifi good etc. We now have 5 choices in the 10.3.3 branch, although there is not much of a difference in any of them . Remember though, you cannot go back to 10.3.2.xxxx, so if you are having no problems you can always stay where you are.

First thing to do (if you have not done so) is simply a hard reset by holding the power key until you see the red led, then let go. Let the device sit untouched for about 15 minutes. Try the apps again. I am presuming that you did an OTA update to .2205 (.1463). In some instances, with the OTA, people are having problems and in those cases you may have to use a clean install with an autoloader. The autoloader will wipe your device and all data. If you can, you may want to do a backup. The newest version is here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folde...khqZGNNY0wxNlk . Download this autoloader to your PC's desktop, unzip it using 7Zip windows program, plug your Passport into your PC (close Link if you have it on computer and it opens), click on the autoloader .exe file then the process will begin. It takes about 15 minutes or so, then you can set up your device as new. Make sure you remember your BBID and password.

I decided to turn my passport on after a year and connect it to my wifi, and I saw the update, which I installed, and there appears to be no issues. I don't have cell service on it currently, however. I am in Argentina, if that makes any diferrence.

If you are now on 10.3.3.xxxx, there is no way back.

P.S. Did you get your wife's phone to pair with your PLT device?

This is terrible news..... Apart from the camera and bluetooth issues, I now realise that I also have troubles with making calls as long as I am at home. Can I load 10.3.2.2386 with an autoloader ? If not.... I will face the current problems as an "opportunity". I will speedup my transition to the xiaomi MI MAX 2 ............
