    Most carriers will sell you a sim for a nominal fee or sometimes even free.

    You could cut the sim but risk it getting stuck as the nano sim is slightly thinner.

    Not worth the risk or the effort, imho.

    Bought one from Telus for $11 or so. I wanted to make sure it was a NFC sim for mobile payment purposes.
