Hello geniuses! QQ. Newish to Blackberry, using a Passport and I am having an issue with my hub. One of my favorite things about the hub was the ability to quickly tap the mail symbol on the left to mark the item as read/unread. Now it seems no matter how i try i cant getthis to happen anymore, everytime i tap the symbol it opens the email instead of just marking it unread. Anyone know where i might have gone wrong here? Thank you so much!!

Edit: It seems if I put the phone down and try to use just the barest tip of my finger in the perfect position I can get this to work but even then it's inconsistent.

What OS version are you on?

I use 10.3.3.2163 and I can tap the envelop to mark it read and unread.

If you don't know how to do it just type myver and it will give it to you.

I've seen this sort of issue in the Hub before. Have you restarted either in the normal way, or just forced a Hub reload (5 diagonal swipes down from top right corner) or tried a hard reboot by holding both volume keys?

For that to work, you must have instant actions on.
To toggle instant actions on and off, click on the icon in the top right corner of the hub. It's an icon that has three lines and a check mark on it. Blue means it's enabled. Black is disabled.
