I noticed at the end of the conference that the prices on the BlackBerry Passport were listed under the heading "Introductory Prices" or something to that affect. Is the $599USD and $699CDN actually a low-ball price for early adopters?

If so, I may have to pick up one now rather than see the price increase in the coming weeks.

I think the Telus 2-year contract price was definitely announced as an "introductory offer" price. Curiously enough, the listing on Amazon also shows that it's "$100 off". So perhaps the price will go up after an initial period.

It's been mentioned it will go up. Chen mentioned it in his q&a session this morning.
