    BlackBerry manufactured 7 devices with 10OS after Z10 launch...but NOT enough public bought them. With insufficient revenue from devices they turned to alternative strategies like BlackBerry AndroidOS.

    Speaking of Beta Zone issues, I should also mention that the web portal for external developer access to Beta Zone has been broken for months. Every time I try to log in, I just get a screenful of error messages. Prior to this, it would basically break on a periodic basis, sometimes getting fixed when they got around to it.
    This is why you haven't seen me reply to any Beta Zone discussion comments in a long time.
