I'm not sure when this happened because it was working fine before, but recently when I use the intelligent assistant open apps it says that it cannot find the app on my device but the app is on my device. Everything else is working perfect.

Yes I tried a hard reset. Anyone have experience with this issue?

Have you loaded a new OS recently? I think I remember it breaking if you ran a restore on your device.

Nope, it's on the factory 10.3.0, which is why it's so odd to come out of nowhere.

Hey Don, I'm having the same issue I just upgraded to 10.3.1.2072 on my Z10 and can't launch apps from the assistant, and that is the only thing I am having a problem with

Mine hasn't worked since autoloading 10.3.1. Didn't resore anything. My Z10 does work with 10.3.1.2072.

I'm surprised that this is happening to the stock Passport OS, cause it was a problem with those loading non-destructive leaks.
