So the only issue I seem to be having on this Passport is Instagram and it's driving me nuts. From my Z10 to Z30, never had problems and Instagram worked flawlessly which makes it more baffling. Both previous devices and this Passport I had/have installed Snap to download and install Instagram. Now Instagram constantly crashes and temperamental. Either it crashes straight away upon running it, crashes just after opening and switching between tabs or it's running fine for a few minutes then doing something like double tapping a pic or viewing comments it crashes. My assumption is there's some kind of conflict with OS 10.3 and the Android Runtime. If anyone else is experiencing this or could possibly shed some light as to why this could be happening that would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, I had the same issue as you, and I followed the instructions on this thread which worked for me.
    http://forums.crackberry.com/showthread.php?t=963279

This basically installed an older version of the app which worked fine on my PP. Managed to sign in with no crashes.

Then I updated the app again using snap, the app works even better now. Scrolling is flawless, even better than some android phones.

I also got iGrann pro which is awesome too.

    Hope this helps!

I've always had and have iGrann on deck and have used it once in a while for saving posts. However, always had the issue of not getting notifications for my posts and not being able to upload videos is a bummer. Also I prefer Instagram's editing options. A matter of personal taste at the end of the day. But the problem here is being accustomed to something that has worked in the past and now suddenly doesn't anymore. Just trying to understand and figure out as to why not.

I find all images look a bit low quality. Is the passport resolution too good?

Probably. Instagram pics are low quality. Passport is just a beast when it comes to the screen.

The older versions of Instagram which I think Blaze posted on another thread similar to this one work perfectly. I hate the advice of 'use iGrann'. I personally hate that app. It just looks rubbish and I posted a pic through that and only my followers could see it despite using hashtags. Annoyed me no end!

But yeah, try an older version which is in another instagram thread somewhere and your good to go!

Tried them all including resetting the phone. Wiping the phone no luck for me. Worked great on my q10 updated via snap.

My passport not so much. I guess I'm stuck with igrann for now

Shersss' method worked for me. I even went so far as to do a factory reset prior to installing Instagram.
