    I'm struggling to lift the cover over the SIM and memory card slots. Is there a trick to this??? Thanks,

    Yep there is. With the Passport turned off just place your fingernail (if you have one) into the slot in the middle and yank straight up. Don't be afraid to violently yank it. It won't break! It's a trust thing. Do it once and it's easy from then on.

    I find the best finger is forefinger then hold down Passport at the same time with the thumb placed just below the camera.

    Tried inserting thumb nail and pressing up - the access panel tore and BlackBerry is in no rush to refund my money

    The little slot at the top.
    Figer nail usually works and pull towards the back of the phone.

    The top of that cover has a few tabs that hold it onto the phone. And the bottom has a few tabs that slide into the phone.

    When their new they are hard to open. But as time goes on and you open the cover more and more it tends to get easier.
