Best to start by contacting AT&T directly.

    Thanks Chuck for your reply.
Unfortunately I can't, because i bought the phone on eBay.com, and I'm located in France.
This is a 2nd hand phone. This is why I'm searching for someone who can do this.

Canadian Carriers have been legislated through our CRTC to unlock older phones at no cost. For the last few years, all Carrier phones are unlocked. I had to contact the original carrier to unlock my Passport. Good luck,

You can try AT&T's website, at att.com/deviceunlock. Select the option that you're not an AT&T customer, then input the IMEI of the device.

Some caveats include the requirement that the phone was active within the last 6 months. AT&T is known to purge inactive IMEI numbers after 6 months, at which point, they can't provide the unlock code anymore.

If that's the case, I think your only option is an unlocking service, which usually involves a fee. While you can still find places that will unlock a BBOS phone for free, BB10 phones still costs money to unlock.
