You can use hot air gun, it seems that some connections from the sim tray have desoldered from the board

Yes. And it sucks. I'm working on a few of the solutions I have been seeing that reportedly work with this device. But I am having another issue that is stopping me from going all the way through the process of getting my BlackBerry Passport back to fully working. It won't connect to the computer via USB and when the computer does see it, I get this popup on and off. I click "Install Drivers" and nothing happens. Then it pops up again...and again...and...again. So my search continues. But I did notice a change after I pressed on the SIM module. But here's my question...would I be right to assume the antenna for the BBPP is on the back cover with the NFC chip? Or is it on the part where the connectors are on the piece that covers the SIM and SD slots? If that's the case then couldn't we just get new back covers? Unless it is, in fact, the solder points?
I'm genius :) i find simple solution for the network issue-img_20160413_024700.png

I'm wondering if they are using the proper SIM card or cutting one up to make it work.
