    I've seen a lot of talk about whether or not the Q20's track pad will illuminated. And I got to wondering, does the Passport keyboard illuminate? I haven't seen any pictures of it in low light. Anyone know?

    Classic will have illuminated keyboard as well as trackpad. Passport will have an illuminated keyboard, like all BlackBerry qwerty devices to date.

    Would be kinda stupid if the keyboard wasn't illuminated don't you think?? Lol. How would one be able to type in the dark or when there isn't enough light to see the keyboard??

    All the BlackBerry keyboard phones I have used all have illuminated keyboards.

    Where is the setting to illuminate keyboard under low light? I have not once seen my keyboard illuminate under low or no light conditions.

    Should automatically do it, if it doesn't then run BlackBerry virtual assistant and see if that brings up any errors on your sensors.

    Ran it and showed a whole lot of errors on my sensors.
    Restarted the phone and now all is good.

    I had to set my screen brightness up to 2/3s in order for the virtual keys to have the same degree of illumination as the physical keyboard: I think it looks better with the brightness of the physical and virtual keys being the same... but it'll reduce battery life... I'm not sure which I prefer: aesthetics or longevity... ah, the eternal question...
