Naturally, going to depend on where you lived but you never mentioned that. A quick search turns up quite a few spots though.
Where are you looking? There are some at eBay UK, a couple with decent price. Today I also saw one decent priced one at asgoodasnew, a German site for refurbished technicallities.

I managed to buy a replacement battery cover (my logo had tarnished and gone rusty-looking). Swapped it out today with a T5 screwdriver, and looks brand new! :)
