    My problems are:

    (1)my BB Passport's Anti-Theft Protection is Unavailable and it shows a 'forbidden palm'symbol on the 'protect.blackberry.com' .

    (2)my BBM is also unable to connect to the server.

    Please help me How do I fix this?

    I don't have a prepaid plan. I'm running 10.3.2.2474(10.3.2.2639), SQW100-1.

    Have you rebooted your phone?

    Do you have the BlackBerry network symbol on your phone?

    You say "I don't have a prepaid plan", does that mean you have a standard cellular contract? With whom?
