Is there a way to take image level backups like Link does for our BlackBerry? That's so extremely critical for me

Not really. But what is it you want backed up?
Uggg. Didn't think so. I like a backup of everything! Led colors, custom ringers and notifications, applications, settings, bluetooth handshakes, WiFi passwords... everything one would need restored in the event of a catastrophe, just like BlackBerry can do with Link.

Well played, sir, well played.
Android backup Service backs up:
Google Calendar settings
Wi-Fi networks & passwords
Home screen wallpapers
Gmail settings
Apps installed through Google Play (backed up on the Play Store app)
Display settings (Brightness & Sleep)
Language & Input settings
Date & TimeThird-party app settings & data (varies by app)
So a fraction of what BlackBerry entails. That's a major bummer.
Also, sleep mode.. probably no such thing eh? I'm going to have to deal with my phone vibrating off the hook?
What about silencing any alerting for certain email accounts?

Those are basic things. Android has all that stuff.
Android has night mode?!

Do Not Disturb mode, yes.
And set the clock in Daydream.
What's daydream?

Lockscreen framework, for first party and their party stuff. So if it's set to News and Weather:
Or Clock with Night Mode on:
Sickkkkk. Love it! Can I still allow calls to pass through that for nights I'm on call?

Yes there are a few new-ish devices for WP and rumors about new models. Particularly the MS Surface phone which is supposed to be a true mobile computing device. The time table is not firm on it.
