    Made a stupid mistake in not checking I had turned off protect before deleting my Blackberry ID account.
    Have searched all options to see if I can fix ... cant believe that the phone is now fit for scrap ... PLEASE can anyone help ?

    Your best bet is to Google remove anti-theft 10.3.3 on YouTube. If it still works... who knows. People have had variable results and of course, it's not going to be a supported option around here. Other than that, contact BlackBerry.

    Thanks .. can you recommend a reliable site to download the file please ? ... bought the phone off ebay 18 months ago so no chance of going back to retailer ... do Blackberry still fix these issues ... is there a way of contacting them as their website send me around in a circle. Thanks

    If you have contact detials for blackberry ref this fault that woul be great. Tried a couple of sites for the removal tool and one of them i think has put a virus on my pc thanks in advance for your help

    You just need to unlock the blackberry anti theft
    Download the auto loader o 10.3.3
    Connect to wifi
    And then input your new blackberry Id (do it 10 times!)
    If it doesn't work try 11-15 times
    And then turn of the device and turn on again
    Connect to wifi again and input your new bb Id
    And welcome back your passport!!

    I tried this before, I did some mistake like you did before
    Trust me it work
    You just need to try input your bb id like I said before

    I did this n it work, but it up to you
    I solved the problem on that way, the fact is my passport is back
    Lock anti theft n lock I cloud it's just same
    You can unlock it, I have tried.

    The OP has deleted their BlackBerry ID but the phone is still connected to it with BlackBerry Protect, this will not work. The ID doesn't exist any more.
