Am I the only goof on the planet that carries a Passport and a Lumia 1520, running Windows 10??? Do you carry 2 and what do you carry? If I knew of a dual sim adapter that would work with my Passport I would carry only that.

I use my Z30 exclusively now. Cobalt's patched Play Store and play services enabled me to get down to one phone.

Passport SE and a Bold 9900 -- for when I want something smaller and lighter than the Passport, like when I'm out on a bike ride. I have two BBM logins, and I forward calls from the Passport to the Bold when I'm using the latter. Got the idea from a friend who does the same with his SE and an iPhone 5.

Passport SE: All the snooty prestige of a device with a precious metal in the name at less than half the price!

I only carry my Passport, I am just interested to know do you SIM swap or have a different SIM in each phone, I get it if you have a Business phone and personal but some people seem to carry several for personal use, if you use different SIM's doesn't that get a bit confusing?

For some reason none of the phone companies want to offer more than one sim card per contract, although I don't understand why. Any time/data used on either phone would be charged to the same bill. In effect they would get twice as much per contract. Personally, I will transfer (from Telus) to the first company that offers it!

I agree that the PP is the only phone necessary, but I also have a Z10 and a Z30 that I'd like to still use occasionally. It's being able to have the same number on more than one phone that I'd like. I'm sure the phone companies could program their system so that only one phone could connect at a time. That way it shouldn't matter to them how many phones use the same contract and phone number, plus they'd make money selling extra SIM cards.

Persons here in Jamaica used to carry two phones, one with a Cable & Wireless SIM and the other with a Digicel SIM, as it cost more calling between different carriers

My problems stems from the fact that I have a company phone, and I also carry a phone for business that I run from home. Has anyone ever had any luck with a sim card adapter?

Three phones here at a minimum because I have three lines. A personal Line and two business lines (two separate businesses).

    I have a Z30 on one business line, a 9900 on a 2nd. I have a Droid on my personal line.

The 9900 Bridged to my Playbook is the old standby and I still like it. The Z30 sometimes swaps out for a Q5 depending if I feel like a keyboard for the week or not.

I used to have a WindowsPhone Lumia 521 on my personal line, then an iPhone 4s, but now have the Droid LG Volt. I prefer Droid as the alternate OS to BlackBerry. YMMV.

Both Business Lines are GSM carriers (T-Mo and ATT). The personal phone is Sprint. This way I definitely have coverage no matter where I go.

There is only ONE.... and that is the PP. There really isn't a good enough reason to carry 2 if this happens to be one of them. The size is a bit much at first but it's a growing process... it does all you need and some.

    I have 4 blackberry devices, which includes the Passport (T-Mobile), Z30 (Verizon), Q10 (AT&T), and Z10 (Wi-Fi only).
I have Verizon so it made sense to upgraded my Z10 to the Z30, which was a Verizon exclusive at the time, about 2 years ago. Kept the Z30 as my daily driver until earlier this year when I got an unlocked Passport on T-Mobile as a birthday present from my wife. Q10 is my work blackberry. But when I go out, I carry both the Passport and Z30. Somehow, I feel that they both complement each other regards to width vs. one hand use. At first, I wished that Verizon would carry the Passport but now, I don't mind using both devices on the go.

I had to Google to see what the Pre3 was since I had never heard of it! It's already a collector's item!

I carry the Passport either in my back pocket if I am wearing a skirt with pockets or then in my handbag. Usually the z10 is also in the handbag but currently on wifi only.

I just forward calls from my Passport to the Bold when I'm using it. AT&T was happy to put an extra line on my account, and the dude at the AT&T store (after admiring the SE) just reached into a cookie jar of SIM cards and gave me on for the Bold. All I had to do was call AT&T to provision the new SIM card and set up (free) call forwarding on the Passport. Calls to the Passport number go right to the Bold when I'm using it.

AT&T was happy to set up a second line on my account for nowhere near double the monthly service fee. For the Bold I sometimes carry instead of the Passport, they gave me a new SIM card -- no charge.
