    I have searched and not found a fix yet so all help is appreciated. Every time I scroll through the hub it will blink or refresh and take me back to the top. Very annoying. Just started today. No new apps installed. Thoughts?

    Have you tried restarting/relaunching the hub? Give this a try:

    Thanks I have tried that. Have restarted, deleted apps and accounts, etc. No luck yet...

    The only other thing I can think of is reinstalling the os from your computer , if you haven't already.
