    - Attachments seem to be sent fine, but then people tell me they can't see any.

    - Emails at times can't be read, they seem to be loading forever but never open.

    Maybe your problem is your carier network. Have you to change your provider with another provider?

    No I haven't, that's a step I would take as a very last resort as it's got massive implications, plus I think it's unlikely to be the reason as it used to work fine up until a while ago.
    I may ask someone to borrow me their SIM just to have a go though.
