Interested to find out how others are carrying their passport around - anyone try carrying it on their belt and if so, how are they finding it? Any issues with it being too big, bulky or heavy? What belt holster solutions would you recommend?

In my pocket, bag, or hand. I never carried a phone on my belt. For some reason, it looks unprofessional to me.

I use BlackBerry's hard shell case, and I always carry it in my pants front pocket.
And yeah, I kinda "disagree" with swivel belt holder for office works or at least for non-jeans dress code.
It looks great for outdoor, and I'm sure it serves you well for field works.

Stilgut wallet case in a pocket, which one depends on the pants, and a Proclip cradle in the Jeep. However, for the most part the darn thing hasn't left my hand!

I use the Seidio surface case with holster till Blackberry lowers the price on the official holster. The pocket thing would be fine if I wore dress shirts and slacks all the time. I do not and will not get into the habit of putting this beast in my jeans pocket to get bend when I sit down (see other posts). The belt for me is the safest place to put it, not to mention I still have muscle memory from the Z30 holster...I am constantly reaching to that location to flip up the holster flap to unholster the device.

I use the Seido holster as well. It is totally manageable on the belt.

Pants front pocket, shirt pocket or jacket pocket.

Might be too big to carry on belt, unless you've been a boxer or wrestler and are into big buckles...

PDair vertical holster on my belt. I haven't had a problem with it. I used a temporary case for a few weeks that I got from the Crackberry store but that one caught on a lot of things (horizontal and too big because it wasn't meant to work with the Passport) and the belt hoops ripped off.

In a bookcover style case that's usually tucked in my outer jacket pocket. Suit jacket inner breast pocket yes it still fits even in case.
When not wearing jackets or blazers I hand carry it, I don't plan on ever putting it in trouser pockets.

I carry in my shirt pocket until I can find a holster I like since that is what I prefer. Thankfully more options seem to be appearing on Amazon.

I've purchased two cases for two distinct reasons. I ordered a TETDED Dijon ii flip case (similar to oem flip case) and a PDAIR side holster. The flip book style case is great as it is made of a leather bound hard shell case with sleeper magnet and red light hole. Great quality and I recommend it. Although it is quite firm and attaches firmly and not easy to slide or come off but if dropped will pop right off. So I decided to get a further protective case as an alternative solution. With the tetded case attached, slides into the side holster quite easily. But the action of sliding in and out is wearing out the edges of the Tetded case.
So for me both cases work when I need a hands free solution but also is good in the sense im using double protection.

I bought a pdair case, by mistake got the holster version with the clip. It's like a vertical pouch. Amazing holster.
Wear it on my trouser and works very very well. Doesn't get in the way of my coat and actually is quite comfy. Doesn't protrude or anything.

PDAIR case with belt clip, mostly on weekends when I am on the move. A minimal Tetded clip case when it will be used at work. In my toolbox or on an iBolt mount in the car. Also have a Amzer pudding case which isn't all that attractive but offers decent protection.

I bought a no name holster for $10 but I just ordered a clip holster made by seidio I believe, from Amazon for $23.95 all in, hasnt arrived yet but wont be buying the BlackBerry $170 one unless they drop it to $50 which is more than reasonable given the size of the passport.

I also wear it using the PDAIR horizontal holster on my belt. Looks very nice and is very comfortable actually. The clip also securely holds on to the belt and will not slip off. Had it for about a month now. Costs a lot less than the OEM holster. Highly recommended.

I bought the TETDED Premium Leather Case for BlackBerry Passport -- Gerzat in Red (has the closer snap) for my black Passport. It also has the Tempered Glass Screen protector... I need all the help I can, as it goes in the purse when traveling... otherwise, it's in my hand.

I carry my passport in my jacket or shirt pocket and never put it in my front pants pocket. Always have it in a gel case to protect the device, I have always been careful with my phone, they are expensive and are my main forum of communication for me and my business, so I take very good care of it.
