my phone have the proximity sensor and the screen lifting issues, it's been like a month after I purchased it .

I don't know if I'm a fool, or really there's NO warranty information on the instruction booklet or in BlackBerry support site, what can I do?
    I'm from Mexico.

Go online and look for phone number for BlackBerry to call from your country or tweet them @BlackBerryHelp and ask them to check your Pin number they will ask you to DM the Number.

The warranty last 2yrs in UK and I am sure that is worldwide but check with them.

I have had a problem with a speaker and needed to contact them... there is a number dedicated to Priv owners, apparently 24h... I would suggest you to give them a call, they took care of my case promptly and professionally... 1 866 533 8067, you can speak in English or French
