I unlocked my phone from ATT and when I tried to update my software using rogers, still getting the same. Saying that my software release from ATT is the latest.
    Any suggestions?

If by "using Rogers" you mean a Rogers SIM, that won't work. Sounds like you have a branded AT&T phone so you will have to wait for them or do it yourself.

It did it when I made it in a Z10 before. I don't understand what would be the difference. My phone is unlocked now.

Do you know if Rogers has a currently different OS for Passport than the one installed in yours right now? You could check available OS using Sachesi and do a non destructive OS load via there. If you do not know about Sachesi search in the forum as there is lots of information. Good luck.

As scrannel pointed out, searching for OTA by Rogers--or any other carrier--won't work because this is a unique model of the Passport. Sachesi is the best bet. There you can pick any carrier that has an OS update out for the Passport, Rogers included.
