I am back on my Passport due to losing my Android phone that I use on Verizon.

I see that my Android apps are crashing and I know there was some issues with the runtime after the latest update to the OS. I did install that OS update as I recall.

So anyway I have searched BB World and can not find the update. I have also tried to use the link in Blaze's article here.

Also no luck there as the link just takes me to the home page of BB World.

Anyone know the "trick"?

Just use your device browser and make sure you're not in desktop mode.

Also open try opening it in private browser.

I gave up. Reformatted the phone. Not going to use any Android apps.

What OS are you on? The "update" was for 2876. The update really had nothing to do with apps crashing, it had to do with not being able to delete Android apps on 2876. If you don't have that OS, it won't show up in Appworld.

Ghost commander couldn't delete Android apps. Crashed out. That was my issue. As I understand it ghost commander itself as downloaded from bb world directly is an android port. That was my only issue but a huge one as I wanted to delete all the Android apps from my phone.

I solved it by doing a factory reset and restoring files.

You know what? Your better one, with only using the Browser. Your battery will last so much longer without using the Android Apps.

Yeah I have an android phone too. I use all the Android apps which are much better on that anyway. Then I use the passport to manage passwords and do emails. I also listen to podcasts on the Passport as it has better sound.
