Is the reverse possible? Can we transfer the whatsapp chat history from passport to iphone?
The backup file is in. Crypt format..if I upload this to icloud drive and sync that in iphone, will it work?
If no, is there any alternatives for that?

There is no way to transfer backups between iPhone and BlackBerry 10, in either direction.
Regardless of what file extensions you may see in the names of the backup files, they are not in the same format or encrypted in the same way.

Atleast is there any way to backup the whatsapp chats to any drives using email accounts?
I'm sure whatsapp chats can be saved in Google drive and can be retrieved in other android deviced..same can be done in ios using icloud drive..
Bt I don't see any such option in bb10 whatsapp other than taking a backup of a crypt file in Mem card..
Can I backup to any cloud drives or something so that I can access it later when I use a different phone?
    Need a solution

You can use "Email conversation" on a chat-by-chat basis to save the text of your conversations to text files. Unfortunately, that's really your only option.
Long-press on a chat in the chats list, and you will see it on the context menu.
