So I watch video of how to tear down the whole passport, the only thing missing is the frame which holding screen, how could I extract and replace screen from screen frame?

Anyone could take some photos of how the mechanism of frame holding screen?

Side question: Do I have to take apart all component like keyboard, battery...etc to reach the screen? or is there have other shortcut to do that?

If it's just the glass, I believe it's simply glued on. Some heat and a few guitar picks should help

I don't think it's that simple, it seems have some way to hold the glass on a frame.

In my opinion (I've done this myself) you need to completely disassemble the Passport to replace the screen. I suppose it's possible to just apply heat and snake it behind and somehow attach the connector but it seems tricky and I wouldn't want to take the unnecessary risk.
