Guys, just a regular user over here.

I have a 30 minute video that I want to send to the grandparents...any way to do this?

Or do I have to put it on DVD and burn it?

    Thanks for the help.

The video-edit features of BB10 are quite decent. You can take one long video and produce bite-sized pieces that are easier to upload or send, by editing for stop and start points and then saving.

Gmail uploads large attachments and puts a link in the email. Not sure if there's a limit though.

Yousendit.com (now called Hightail) offers large file uploads. For 7-8 GB you would need a paid account, but they offer a free trial.

You could also shrink it using any number of methods and then upload. This would reduce time and bandwidth to upload. I often use MEGA to share.

There a lot of ways to share big files. Dropbox, Onedrive, Google Drive, ICloud, Mega,...

The Problem is the low common upload speed. Most of the people have less then 2mb/s upload speed so it would take hours and hours to upload. It's time that all internet provider upgrade there hardware and offer better upload speeds for a regular price!
and stop offering low High Speed Data Volumes on mobile contracts. Highest you can get here is 5GB for ~130$/month
