Guys, I'm sending back my AT&T Passport, the problem is I already load the 2582 OS and I have to send it back with the original one (I don't know which one it is, I remember it's a 15 something). I tried recover to fabric with Link but when I started again it has the 2582 again.
How can I reload the original OS it came with the phone?

Why would you think that you have to reload the original os? Haha. Just box it up and send it back.

Because they're going to give another one, but they can say warranty is end because I change the OS

I think you may be paranoid here. It does not matter the OS as long as your phone is not water damaged, or shows physical signs of drops, and is not rooted. I have exchanged, returned for refund many Blackberry BB10 devices at both AT&T and Verizon. I've even disclosed that my devices had the latest leaks. (Of course, I have 30+ lines on my account, they do tend to roll out the red carpet when they see me coming.) Knowing that leaks originally came from Blackberry itself, I was never once denied an exchange or refund. Installing leaks does not void your warranty because it is reversible.

My experience with Telus on phone issues is IF you are on a newer OS than they have released, they actually think you know what you're talking about, and give you less of a hard time

I totally agree. Same with Verizon and AT&T. Usually, some inexperienced rep will try to make you justify a return, which is poor customer service practice. If you project the confidence (and frustration) that you've done all you could in trying to solve the issues, a good rep won't ask twice.

Don't worry about the new OS. It does not void the warranty. I have had a few of my phones worked on. Never has the OS been called into question. And I can't tell you when I was last using my carriers official OS.
