    Hi All,

None of my contacts are saved on a cloud or on my carrier's service. I took the contacts fro my old (broken) Passport and via Link saved them to Microsoft Outlook (2010 version). I then exported the contacts from Outlook and saved them to an Excel file (.csv).

How can I get those contacts onto my new Passport?

    Thank You!

Use Link to SYNC Outlook with your phone?

Many of the backup apps like Ultimate Backup will allow you to import data as well.

I always use Link to sync contacts and appointments directly with the phone.

What I did was that I downloaded "Device Switch" to both my devices from BBW, connected them to the same wifi and followed the instructions. In a few minutes all my contacts got transferred from Black PP to SE PP.

A good idea is to buckle down and move your contacts to the cloud (gmail, or outlook.com). Then it's easy to sync them to ANY other device, and you never have to worry about backups.

I use Gmail and although you'll need to do a little work around to get Contacts to sync, they do sync. The work around procedure is well documented here. Good luck,
