    Sent back due to a bend in the steel frame on the top of the device, as well as random reboots. New one seems to be much better.

    Got a replacement from Amazon because of one key clicking loudly. The replacement had a divot in the side of the screen, so that one is going back. Not sure if I will try my luck for another replacement (which they will easily give me when it's back in stock) or live with the keyboard issue. Think third time will be the charm?

    I had to return one that has a small piece of silicone or rubber pulling out of bottom edge of screen. Was probably a seal or something. Kept catching on it whenever I swiped up. Showed up about 3 days after new.

    Replace one with random rebooting and the new passport is perfect. Loving every minute of it.
