None. The keyboard on Passport is just excellent. Of course if you are one of so-called 4-row diehards, it can take you quite some time to get used to it. But all in all, it is a great keyboard to type on. I lost count of how many Passports I have ever owned, but I am with three of OGs.

Lets make one thing clear. I haven't returned the replacement handset because of the missing protective foil.
If you've paid enough attention you'd have noticed in my thread that it was only one of the reasons.
The main reason was the fact that so called "brand new unit" came from the company which specializes on repairs and refurbishment of the phones. My phone clearly stated on the Shipping List "GRS PM Repaired" . I don't know what it means and I don't care.
New, hardly used phone was probably returned by a customer due to a fault back to Blackberry, Blackberry sent it for a repair, the repair company afterwards tried to make it look like new..... end of story.
The fact is that I don't pay my hard earned cash for a new phone which will be replaced with a repaired phone, doesn't matter how "new" it looks like.

Hope you understand now. This forum is very helpful and informative and I'm happy to be a part of it. But sometimes I've got a feeling that some people are "out of reality" and instead of a normal writing and trying to express something in words would be more suitable to talk to them in 0010001111 0001111 010 format.

My first back had wonky keys q and y that looked like they were going to fall off. My SE had perfect keyboard. My second black had much better keyboard but the SE is much easier to type on.

A bit excessive I know, but love the PKB. I'm old enough to remember nintendo thumb of the 80s. I'm sure I will have a similar diagnosis as fast as my fat thumbs move.

For the record, I've had three Iphones from wrok in the same time frame I've owned the Passport I believe. All had issues. Mostly screen and battery related.
