    Did they tell you what was the main cause for double typing? Faulty keyboard? You got keyword replacement or new-refurbished phone?

    I said it was the main problem, and they sent me a refurbished one that was in better shape than my old one.

    Correct me if I'm wrong - I thought double typing was a software issue rather than hardware.

    I thought the same, with some OS it seemed to get better, but i couldn't get mine to stop totally, so i was still under warranty and sent it back, they must know its a problem as it came back pretty quick.
