Check if you have Skype running in device manager. That's a definite battery killer.

I had an iPhone 6. Put it in my locker at the beginning of my work shift almost fully charged. By the end of 10 hr of work the the battery is dead 80% of the time. With my passport the battery is 82-90%. It's be far a lot better than the competition.

I'm also completely puzzled by battery life of the Passport. Seems very inconsistent but seems to depend on history of app use after reboot. How about the OS? I have 10.3.0.908. Does it properly close apps? It certainly does not kill Skype, you sign out but it continues to run in the background and sucks your battery.

I would go to the device monitor. Close apps from there that are being stubborn

I don't get it since that never happened with any other BlackBerry before. I believe that these battery drain issues are due to one or a couple of flaws in OS 10.3.0. It happened again that the 'System' process uses 10-20 % of battery and not even a reboot stops that. At other times the phone runs as expected with system power usage at around 2%. I cannot find the reason for that strange behavior and never, ever had that on my Z30.
