I brought a Passport just over a month ago, and I have tried to install the google play store and other stuff that im supposed to get just to have the ability to play the simpsons tapped out between work, but since downloading all these extra apps I have noticed that my Passport has become lagy when trying to unlock with the scroll up over the screen, and random issues when using doc to go, and other issues that have me to the point of just factor resetting and give up the idea of running android, but I can't find the reset button?

It will take a bit of time depending on how much stuff you installed. When it's finished...you will have a factory reset device just like when you first bought it.
