I have decided this would be the perfect phone! A phone that had the same quality and power of the SE passport but was a smaller device. How do we spread the word, and get BlackBerry to make it?

As far as I remember the Passport SE was a carrier deal that fell through at the last minute, so be a carrier and leave BB hanging.

How do we get BlackBerry to make a Z10 or Z30 SE?

We don't. Other than offering nominal support for BB10, BlackBerry is done with it. They've proven over and over that they can't make a profit selling BB10 devices.

You can buy the Porche Design. The only thing is that it doesn't have the same internal specs as the Passport.
