What about installing Blackberry Blend on your Android? For instance, I got a new LG G Pad from AT&T and playing with it, I noticed I can install BlackBerry Blend onto it. So after connecting my BlackBerry to my android I noticed all of my contacts were copied to the android. Not sure if BlackBerry Blend is what did it, but might be worth a try.

Turn on NFC for both devices.

Go to your BlackBerry contacts and long press first one to then 'select more'.

Then long press all selected contacts and choose to 'share contacts'.

Then choose NFC as the method of sharing. Accept them on your android device.

I don't know if it will work properly because I don't own any android devices, only BlackBerry 10, but it should work.

It works perfectly between BlackBerry 10 devices, that I do know.

Worth a try, just sayin'. Hope it helps.
