    Whilst attempting to login to my phone, a warning message pops up indicating I have tried 5 times with incorrect password. At attempt 6/10 the phone doesn't advance. It stays in a loop. How do I reset my phone?

    more info - the phone that is in a loop is a Passport. its charger cord was unplugged and it lost all power. I charged it up to 100% but now it won't go past 5 login attempts. I didn't try those attempts when the message first appeared. My password is unchanged but the device somehow doesn't recognize it.
