I am sorry if this is posted in the wrong section, please move if needed..
I have done everything that is on Crackberrys video on how to sideload snap, I have downloaded the snap bar file to my PC, I have chrome and have added BB10 playbook app manager, also on my BB passport I have allowed developer mode, so my big problem is when I open the screen on my pc after clicking the Bb app manager icon on the right hand side of chrome browser, I put in the box exactly the ip address that's on my passport then click save, then click on the ip address underneath where it has been saved to and I get a web page pop up saying the web page is not available and a blue box with reload on it so I click it and it just takes me to Yahoo search page, I am pulling my hair out and just can't fathom it out, another thing I have tried is turning off my firewall on PC, is there anyone that can help me please.........

Download sachesi from the stickie it's a lot more user friendly than the chrome plug in and updated regularly.

Thank you, I have downloaded it and installed it but don't know what to do now as it can't detect my passport, I don't think I am having much luck at the moment, as you can tell I am new to this techy stuff..

With the chrome app, try entering the IP address without the two numbers or the / and see if that works. If it does and chrome says "unsafe" or something like that click the advanced tap and it will let you proceed

Sachesi for sure. Very easy to use.

DL and install the app as described above > hook up your phone and wait for Sachesi to connect > go to install tab and click install file > select the snap bar file

    Snap is installed.

If it is the play store you are arter there is a really easy way to get it.
I just did it a couple of minutes ago.

Do a search for following thread
"Google Play Store for BlackBerry 10"

You will find it under BlackBerry 10 Hub / Android Apps
