How do I fix my BlackBerry Passport Contact details?

I have had my Passport for about 18 months now and it has been a great phone. This weekend for no discernible reason all my texts and phone calls I receive have been just showing numbers, not the actual contact.

Even if I reply to the message using the contact the reply still comes in showing the phone number not the contact. This means I now have two conversations with my dad, one I send to his "Contact" and one which his replies.

This morning I had a few phone calls and they do not show as my contacts, but as just the phone number.

Have you tried a hard reset?

Might need to go in to your email settings and delete your account and then add it back, that should refresh your contacts, BUT try Dunt's suggestion first. :)
