I've read through various threads on this subject and have found conflicting information. Some say you still need to sideload SNAP and others say you no longer need to do this with the newer OS? Please help!

well I won't say all App, as there are App that will not work. But some can be patched.

I know everyone says it's easy but either the instructions are not clear or it doesn't work. For me, I cannot use Google Services apps.

Go back and read the first post. Each one has to be downloaded from your phone and installed one at a time.

I tried those three links on my passport and can't get them to download. Instead I get an error message "unable to forward this request at this time". What am I doing wrong? TIA

They are easy... read the instructions first and follow the steps. If it's not working, you didn't install the apk in the correct order

I am loving the play store on my passport. I am looking to find a "patched"version of Google photos app. Does anyone know of one?
I tried one link to a "mega" site but it won't work.

For some reason I can't download the 3 files. When I click on your (correct version) links it goes to download with the file name but when I click on 'save' the next screen is just blank with 'refresh' on the bottom. I've enabled App installation and am in development mode. Any thoughts??
