Use the advanced set up that shows up at the bottom of the email set up options. Keep in mind, you're going to need to know the important information about your email server and such so as to be able to fill it in.

Your domain, your information. Your email provider would have given all that you. Or do you mean this is just something you thought up off the top of your head and this email account actually does not exist?

Who hosts your email? We can't do much if anything for you.

They should have a help section explaining all that. If not, call them. You pay them, they will help.

    Very basic definition but...

IMAP = emails will remain on the server even after its delivered to your BlackBerry and you decide to delete them. Also it's better to use this option if you plan on accessing your emails from more than one device. (BlackBerry, laptop, remote etc)

POP = after emails are delivered to your BlackBerry they are deleted from the server and you will only have a local copy.

    Choose IMAP
