is there a book for newbies or just on line you have been great for torch 9800 some times still having trouble with transferring data back to playbook after i wiped memory never was able to set up files. etc.

any help would be most appreciated as i love blackberry i've not been hacked ...my son gave me his ....his loss

There is a lot of help online. What type of bb device did your son give you? Let's start with that
