How can I use an FM Transmitter in Blackberry Passport?

Hi all, maybe a silly question to ask - just wondering if i can use FM transmitter via my Blackberry passport.. i want to use to to play songs in my car stereo?

Any suggestions which brand(FM Transmitter) might be useful?

Most FM transmitters are awful. It's really a hit and a miss to get a good one. And they never sound very good either.

The one I used to use was a BlackBerry made device which was for hands-free calling with built in FM transmitter. I think those might be the best for that..
