    Hi, I am facing troubles with my blackberry passport silver edition since a week, it block and restart or switch off and is not working properly, I did a factory setting and I lost all the contacts and the problem is still the same!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Not sure what "block" means... but if you did a Factory Reset and didn't restore and data on your phone at all and didn't reinstall any 3rd party apps.

    Only suggestion I would have.... use an autoloader to install a different version of the OS and test it.

    If you are having particular issues... more details would be needed to help you.
