Can anyone please tell me how can I remove sim card from my BlackBerry Passport. I don't know how it works. I tried pressing it inside and also tried to pull it out with sim remover pin, but nothing worked out..!

You should push it until it clicks and comes up slightly

Hopefully you didn't damage it by trying to force it out.

Press down on the top of the card closest to the power button.
Sometimes if you press on the top closest to the camera lens it won't click.

    EDIT:
I tried pushing the SIM card and I heard a click. Good news: my unit is OK. Bad news: it's stocked. Now I fear that it might loosen up over time. I really want to go to my network provider to change my SIM. I don't know if it is normal or its really like that when the phone is new. I hope there won't be any problem in the future
