    when call comes in i can hear the caller but caller cannot hear me in speaker mode

    Reinstall OS.

    Get a warranty replacement.

    Can't get a warranty replacement?

    Fix it yourself by replacing the speaker.

    Not handy enough / can't find parts / don't want to.

    Buy a new device.
