There are two IP addresses you can use when developing the first is USB IP

The USB IP can be accessed from Settings-Security-Development Mode

Change it like so:

The second IP is the WiFi IP. If your device and your development machine are connected to the same WiFi network, you can use the WiFi IP to deploy apps to your device. The WiFi IP is automatically assigned.

Jot down the WiFi IP and add it to the deploy wizard to connect.

Note: your USB IP will also appear here if your device is connected that way.

I'm pretty sure the default is 169.254.0.1. Just set it to that and see if it works.
