How can I get my BlackBerry to connect to Windows 10?

Since I have Windows 10, my Blackberry Passport is acting weird.
Everytime I plug it into the computer with USB cable, the computer won't recognize it and Blackberry says there are no drivers installed. But I DO have all the up to date software installed!
What's even weirder is that sometimes, I don't know why, it is installing another driver, after which I get a pop-up saying that I already had a newer version of the software installed... But it connects after that message.
Another problem is, even though it is connected, I still can't access half of my music files stored on the BB.

I don't know if this happens because of Windows 10 or if something is wrong with my blackberry. It used to work fine on WIndows 7, but on Windows 8.1 it was also difficult to connect it. Can somebody clarify this for me?

Windows 10 update or a fresh installation?

Did you try to reinstall all BlackBerry software?

So Win8+ is "not compatible"... I often read it from crackberrians, about Blend and Link

Had link and blend on win 8 and upgraded to win 10 and link and blend work just like before. Using a Classic tho.
You should consider uninstalling link blend and the drivers and then reinstalling everything again.

Link and Blend work fine for me on Windows 10 with Passport.
