My blackberry passport is not turning on and the red light is flashing, your forum suggested that it might be bricked

It may be bricked but have you hooked it up to your PC and tried launching Blackberry Link to reinstall the OS? How about running an autoloader? Have you done the hard re-boot. Hold the power down for 20 seconds or so. (make sure before you do any of this that your device has been charged for a couple of hours)

Its not easy to brick a BB10 device. Normally only hardware failing kills a BB10 device. Give us more info, what colour is the light and what is the frequency, what os and the circumstances that led to it bricking?

It is not bricked. Restore the OS with an autoloader.
