How to bypass the login required screen during the setup process?

Hi everyone
Two days ago I bought a blackberry passport as a backup phone. The person who I bought the phone from did not log out from his blackberry ID, since then i tried to contact him but did not response.
Also, I checked to see if the phone was stolen blacklisted etc and it is not.
Now, i tried to do factory reset, but when the setup process start i am totally stuck on the login required screen . It seems i have to login with previous email account ( owner account) , and I can't login with my account.
Now my question is there any solution to fix this issue?
Please I really need your help!

Go all Liam Neeson on the previous owner until he gives up his BBID password. Then, log in, disable BlackBerry Protect, and run a security wipe. Should remove BBID and allow you to use your own.

There is a way to do it I have done it to 2 phones send me your email and I can talk you through it and send you the file you need to this is legit I have done it to a z10 and passport already

Success is anecdotal. A few of us here, including Thurask and myself, have debunked it.

Although it could be possible that a small subset of BB10 devices are defective in some way that allow for this to work.

I have done this with a passport I bought. Downgraded to 10.3.1 with an autoloader and it worked.

BB10 will outlast Android! Just you wait! Stage 1: denial
