    is there a way to make the virtual keyboard show rather then clicking / swiping up to show the panel
    ive notcied fro some apps/websites the virtual kb doesn't show when i need to enter numbers or symbols etc @ .

    any tips?

    Swipe down on PKB - that will bring up the VKB, complete with the mappings for shortcuts via the PKB - which is nice.

    ah ok that works and how would i close it? quickly and also what if i wanted to keep it there for numerous number presses etc
