    Hello guys, anyone knows how to fully backup all data( including apks I installed, the app folder icon layout arrangements. Etc.) and restore them after I install a latest leak just come out. Thanks a bunch in advance.

    The latest Link allows you to do that. Do a full backup before install, and full restore after. Only things that won't come back are any sideloaded bar files.

    first I imagine you referred to a link full backup?
    Also is there a granular way to restore only the accounts (email, twitter, linkedin...) in that case that let's say I don't care about any apps?

    Yes full link backup. You can do a selective restore. When restoring , deselect apps and media. The email accounts are in setting I believe.
